This role focuses on developing and leading strategic initiatives within the Resources sector, building trusted client relationships, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality results that align with clients’ strategic goals. Key responsibilities are described below under Responsibilities and Qualifications. Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the development of client strategies within the resources sector, offering insights and innovative solutions to complex business problems. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and collaborating with C-suite and high-level executives to understand strategic goals and challenges. Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Identify new business opportunities within the resources sector, contribute to proposal development, and support growth of the practice. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and keep clients ahead of the curve. Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 13 years of consulting experience. Experience in one or more of : Oil & Gas, Chemicals. Strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis. Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities in relevant industries. Strong analytical abilities; capable of interpreting complex issues and solving problems creatively. Digitally savvy with curiosity about technology and its impact on business and society. Natural leader who builds trust-based relationships and facilitates collaboration and communication. Driven, adaptable, and resilient with a results-oriented mindset. Preferable Qualifications

MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field. Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Strong organizational and analytical skills. Why Join Us
