Sales Manager (KSA)

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to expand business in both new and existing markets. You will lead sales operations, build strong client relationships, and partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and develop top sales talent. The role also involves mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and collective objectives, while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
