Requirements :

HR experience, preferably in finance.

Manage recruitment and employee development.

Oversee HR operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR (recruitment, employee relations).

Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Proficiency in HR software.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
