Overview
To support the HR Division to deliver better employees personnel services in Capital Projects division by reviewing various documents, & preparing performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Supervisor and HR Senior Supervisor with all required personnel operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly personnel performance reports to show how the department is performing against its objectives.
- Implementing related Personnel Policies and Procedures.
- Process & arrange employees holidays & tickets.
- Coordinate with HR representatives in all Bakery plants in different locations and provide support when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field.Good communication and written English skills.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical & highly proficient in reports.#J-18808-Ljbffr
