Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and drive a culture of excellence. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws — all while aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Provide strategic advice to management on HR policies and best practices.
- Organize and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP) are a plus.Seniority level
