Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fine-dining, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate a deep understanding of high-end service standards and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, guest-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) and collaborate with back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high service standards, quality control, and consistency in guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and legal regulations.
• Monitor and optimize labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial targets.
