Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations at our fine-dining, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate a deep understanding of high-end service standards and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and guest-centric environment. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) and collaborate with back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth service. Maintain high service standards, quality control, and consistency in guest experiences. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and legal regulations. Monitor and optimize labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial targets.

Staff Leadership

Train, and supervise FOH staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and supervisors. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to promote professional development. Foster a team-oriented, professional, and respectful work culture. Schedule and manage staffing levels based on business volume and reservations.

Guest Experience

Ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally. Engage with VIPs and regular guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

Financial & Administrative

Assist in developing and executing budgets, forecasting, and reporting. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. Track and analyze sales, labor, and operational metrics to improve efficiency. Utilize POS and reservation systems effectively.

Event & Reservation Management

Oversee bookings Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

8 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or high-volume environments. Proven ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced, upscale setting. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining etiquette. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation platforms.
