Job Description

  • الإشراف على فريق المبيعات ومتابعة تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية.
  • وضع وتنفيذ خطط البيع وزيادة الحصة السوقية.
  • متابعة الأسواق والمنافسين وتحليل تقارير المبيعات.
  • تدريب وتحفيز الفريق لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل.
  • بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ على رضاهم.

Job Requirements

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على المبيعات (يشترط في قطاع الأدوات أو المعدات الصناعية).
  • مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على إدارة فريق عمل.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي وMicrosoft Office
