Job Description
- الإشراف على فريق المبيعات ومتابعة تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية.
- وضع وتنفيذ خطط البيع وزيادة الحصة السوقية.
- متابعة الأسواق والمنافسين وتحليل تقارير المبيعات.
- تدريب وتحفيز الفريق لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ على رضاهم.
