We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing a successful restaurant, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities : - Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling - Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service - Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Maintain a positive work environment for employees - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements : - Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role - Indian nationality preferred - Fluent in English - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
