Sales Specialist

الوصف الوظيفيBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation. Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Use and develop the sales database. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company. Collaborate with operation, legal, HR and finance teams to finalize contract documentation. Work closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to deliver seamless client solutions. Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team to foster a collaborative environment. Assist in preparing promotional campaigns and plan advertising for the plant services or products on different social media platforms. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the Saudi hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in English and Arabic. Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining key accounts within the Saudi hospitality market. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Actively seek out and identify potential new clients in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. (daily / monthly / yearly)
- Prepare and develop sales quotations.
- Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
