We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering strong relationships, and bringing in projects related to Mobile App Development , Website Development , and other IT Software Services . Key Responsibilities :

Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in Business Development , Sales , or Client Acquisition within the IT / software industry.Strong understanding of Mobile App Development , Website Development , and general IT services (e.g., cloud solutions, software development, digital transformation).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to conduct effective research and market analysis to identify and approach new business opportunities.Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Experience with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales progress.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with technology stacks like React Native , Node.js , PHP , AWS , etc.Experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) domain or selling digital transformation solutions.Experience working with ERP , CRM , or e-commerce platforms.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
