We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, building strong client relationships, analyzing sales data, and developing focused sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify, coordinate, and actively participate in client relationship-building activities and meetings.
• Analyze sales data and statistics to determine the most effective sales strategies.
• Monitor customer preferences and performance to develop a targeted and effective sales plan.
• Collaborate with clients to determine pricing, discounts, and special offers on products and services.
• Track Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids to develop new business opportunities.
• Make daily phone calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales, promotions, and company policies.

Benefits and Package :

Total Monthly salary SAR 12,000.00

Iqama transfer & Medical Insurance will be provided.
