Medical Device Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, drive sales, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the medical industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical sector to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to foster trust and loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our medical products.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding product usage and industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the medical sector.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and expand the company’s presence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while engaging with clients.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Preferred Candidate : Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business is preferred.
