Overview Presales Engineer – IT Solutions
Responsibilities
Understand the company’s IT products and services (networking, cybersecurity, cloud, software solutions, etc.) to provide the best-fit solutions for client requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for IT projects.
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POC), and technical presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to design and present tailored IT solutions.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Support tenders and RFP / RFQ processes with detailed documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT presales, solution design, or technical consulting.
Strong knowledge in network infrastructure, servers, virtualization, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
Experience in preparing proposals and responding to tenders for IT solutions.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
