Microsoft Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, AI product, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI etc.

Collaborate with end users, professional service team, and sales teams to ensure successful products selling.

Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience.

Proven experience in product management and pre-sales, particularly with Microsoft products and services.

Excellent problem-solving.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power BI, analytic tools) are highly desirable.
