About The Role
As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre‑sales to implementation. This onsite role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that leverage our CPaaS / SaaS offerings, including AI functionalities.
- Analyze customer needs and design solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and other documentation supporting the sales process.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging AI technologies in the SaaS and CPaaS space.
Requirements – Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.Comprehensive knowledge of AI concepts and models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with C‑level executives and technical decision‑makers.Extensive experience in crafting use cases and customer journeys based on business analysis.Proficiency in prompt engineering and programming / scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java, and web technologies.Full‑cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients, consistently delivering against targets.Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
