Overview
EZELINK is looking for a Wi-Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager located in Riyadh Region. The Wi-Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and effectively communicating with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations on Wi-Fi solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals on Wi-Fi solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
