Marketing Coordinator – Graphic & Video Designer – Content Writer – Social Media Specialist – Campaign Coordinator Summary We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Jeddah. In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to product demonstrations and closing deals—while actively supporting marketing efforts. The Sales Executive aims to drive sustainable growth for the platform by executing daily sales operations (calls, proposals, follow-ups, deal closures), while also contributing strategically to planning, client qualification improvement, reducing churn, increasing repeat business, and building strategic partnerships. The role works closely with the marketing team through PR, events, and internal channels to support sales and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities & Weight

Conduct a set number of qualified daily calls and log them in the CRM system. Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals. Apply qualification standards to reduce unqualified opportunities. Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with company goals. Build long-term relationships with key clients and reduce churn rate. Increase repeat sales. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Actively participate in daily stand-ups, weekly, and monthly meetings. Monitor market trends and competitors, and suggest diversification opportunities. Support PR & events to achieve sales goals. Activate internal channels (WhatsApp, email, banners, push notifications) for offers and updates. Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to achieve shared objectives. Develop and establish strategic partnerships with institutions, platforms, or influencers to expand client base. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within a tech company. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into action. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Immediate joining is required. Salary : SAR 5,000 + visa transfer. Position is open for non-Saudis only. Work requires on-site attendance in our offices (no remote option). Commission scheme is available in addition to the salary, based on targets.
