Exposure to logistics / transportation industry preferred. Advanced communication and presentation skills. High accountability and business acumen. Ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with execution focus. Strong problem-solving orientation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High levels of ownership, target orientation, and field discipline. Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and coordinate with multiple departments.
