Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting Administer compensation and benefits programs Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in HR roles Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, and performance management Experience in compensation and benefits administration Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
