Post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms to maximize candidate reach. Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates for entry-level and junior positions. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accurate tracking of applicants and hiring statuses. Execute hiring processes, including document collection, visa processing, email and system access setup, and employee records creation, in coordination with relevant departments. Develop onboarding materials and conduct sessions to facilitate seamless new hire integration. Generate reports on recruitment activities, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. 3+ years' experience in the recruitment field.
