Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills. Ability to start immediately and work independently. 1+ year of experience in the same field. Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to join our team immediately and help us build a thriving workplace culture that supports creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee data, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and social insurance in line with KSA labor law.
- Maintain and update HR records in Manasaat ( Governmental Platform ) and ensure compliance.
- Support recruitment and hiring activities when needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
