Projects Senior Specialist

A semi-government entity is looking for a

Project Senior Specialist

to contribute to ensuring the impact of the organization\'s strategic objectives by applying project and program management principles, such as planning, scheduling, financial management, risk management, progress tracking of initiatives and KPIs, and reviewing change requests.

Responsibilities

Contribute to developing implementation plans to achieve strategic goals in coordination with execution entities to identify the required initiatives and projects.

Define appropriate budgets for initiatives and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to secure funding.

Assist in developing detailed implementation plans for initiatives, including expected outputs, key milestones, and timelines.

Monitor initiative execution against approved plans and prepare periodic performance reports using the organization\'s established measurement tools (e.g., completion rates, financial KPIs).

Contribute to tracking the impact of initiatives by defining and monitoring relevant performance indicators.

Follow up on performance and contribute to corrective action plans for underperforming initiatives or KPIs.

Identify risks and obstacles and develop mitigation plans to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Review and process change requests to update implementation plans accordingly.

Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to data requests.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Management, or Project Management (or equivalent).

A Master\'s degree or equivalent in a related discipline is preferred.

4 YoE (at least) in the same field.
