Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Optimize the use of personal and team time / effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
• Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & Kafaat’s departments on monthly basis and when requested.
• Provide excellent client’s services with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of requested services
• Deliver progressively, variety of project requests (outsourcing, HR consultation, Public Relations and Training) projects.
• Interfacing with clients & Kafaat department to make sure all requested services are on track
• Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & Kafaat’s departments on monthly basis and when requested.
• Determine the best utilization of resources to increase client’s satisfaction
• Analyse project costs, budgets and client expectations.
• Contributes to expanding existing client relationships and developing new relationships.
• Participate in improving the project management process, tools, document controls, and metrics / benchmarking and continuous improvement activities.
• Design and develop a successful customer service model to generate more business development opportunities
