Senior Proposals Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing bids within engineering consultancy, including at least 5 years in the Middle East. They will deliver high-quality proposals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the proposal lifecycle, from RFP receipt through final submission and award.
• Develop, document, manage, and deliver bids and proposals in alignment with ARX standards and processes.
• Manage, organize, and develop the proposals team (proposals engineers, coordinators, assistants).
• Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs and prepare timely clarification queries.
• Lead Go / No-Go meetings and weekly bid review meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and sub-consultants to promote seamless collaboration and resolve bid-related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive and competitive technical and financial proposals in line with client expectations.
• Maintain and update bid documentation, ensuring compliance and a professional standard of presentation.
