Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the systems engineering function, driving the integration of systems across multiple disciplines including transportation, attraction engineering, and guest services
• Define systems engineering processes and standards to ensure effective lifecycle management from concept through design, implementation, and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new systems and solutions
• Oversee system requirements analysis, system architecture design, verification, and validation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality assurance
• Utilize system modeling and simulation to optimize system performance and develop innovative solutions for operational challenges
• Ensure that all systems engineering initiatives are in alignment with Qiddiya's sustainability objectives and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop a high-performing systems engineering team to foster innovation and technical expertise
