Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals Oversee project management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering projects Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within engineering teams Advance engineering practices, methodologies, and technology adoption to enhance productivity and project quality Collaborate with other departments to integrate engineering efforts with business development, operations, and project execution strategies Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of engineering resources Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree or MBA is preferred A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven record of leadership in a complex environment Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and industry best practices Exceptional leadership and people management skills Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience with strategic planning and financial management in an engineering context
