• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Manage maintenance budgets, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance supplies and repairs.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
