We are looking for a highly skilled Workshop Manager with expertise in mechanical engineering and a solid background in the Oil & Gas industry. Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage workshop operations, including labor allocation, productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

  • Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience : Prior experience in workshop management within the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor management, productivity optimization, and quality assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
