We are seeking an experienced In-Charge - Soft Services Manager to oversee our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing soft services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the soft services operations including housekeeping, facility management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for soft services to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage and train the soft services team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in facility management or soft services operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.Skills Required
