About This Opportunity : We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Head of Governance and Change Management Mission Critical based in Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Do

• Govern the deployment of the Mission Critical Program across all domains
• Shape the overall governance structure of the program
• Create a structure for measuring success, develop a plan to hit key success indicators
• Work with various organizations, including Customer, to ensure that milestones are met as per the program targets
• Develop a Communication and Stakeholder Engagement strategy. Ensure all stakeholders are informed at the right time of the right information about the ongoing progress, risks and future plans
• Proactively ensure that mitigation actions are in place for program risks in coordination with respective local teams
• Oversee change request management to ensure compliance with internal and external processes in a way that we meet all requirements regarding related processes
