Must-Have

8+ years of experience in IT change management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).

Proven experience in leading end-to-end IT change management processes, ensuring compliance with governance and risk standards.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; ITIL certification preferred.

Professional certifications such as ITIL / ITSM certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications, or in any relevant field.
