Senior Document Controller

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team. As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and control of project documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement document control processes and procedures for projects
• Manage the preparation, review, and distribution of project documents
• Ensure that all project documents are properly organized, stored, tracked, and maintained
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and accurate document control
• Monitor document revision and approval processes, ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and subcontractors to obtain and verify project documentation
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness
• Provide training and guidance to junior document control staff
• Maintain confidentiality and security of project documents
• Proven experience as a Senior Document Controller or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of document control processes and procedures
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Proficient in document control software and tools
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
