Senior Document Controller

JASARA PMC is in search of a Senior Document Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the document management process for various projects, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Your expertise will be vital in maintaining effective document control practices and supporting project teams in their documentation needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive document control processes and best practices
• Manage the storage, tracking, and distribution of project documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to facilitate timely and accurate documentation
• Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before distribution
• Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance with standards
• Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and systems
• Prepare and maintain documentation reports for management review

Requirements and Qualifications :

This is a full-time, mid-senior level position.
