Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for connecting top-tier talent to transformative technology roles? Do you have a strong network within the System Integrator space and a proven track record of hiring top-performing sales professionals who drive business growth? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our regional hiring efforts, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract, assess, and onboard the best talent in the market. What You’ll Do :

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Leverage your deep network within System Integrators and the ICT sector to identify and engage top candidates. Drive full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Lead and contribute to global and regional TA projects, including employer branding and process optimization. Use data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience placing candidates within System Integrators , ideally as part of an internal TA team. A strong, active network of candidates in the ICT and systems integration space. Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices , recruitment technologies (ATS), and market trends. Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or a related field; certifications are a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Why Join Us?
