We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description : Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure to join our team! In this role you will get tobe responsible for coordination & review of BIM Deliverables, conducting quality checks, to guarantee that BIM Models, BEP, MIDP and other deliverables adheres to the EIR and ISO19650 standards. You will have frequent collaboration with the BIM Leads, BIM Modelers, and Design Team. What You'll Be Doing : Acting as the main contact for any updates on BIM Models, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and other BIM documents collaborating with the client and Design Team.

Performs QA / QC of BIM Models for compliance with Client requirements and QA / QC Procedure.

Supervises the production of BIM Models and ensures that all project information is accurately implemented in the Models, well-documented, and communicated to the Design Teams.

Prepares, creates, and maintains Federated Models, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Clash Detection Matrix.

Ensure model(s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed Level of Information Need (LOIN), TIDP, MIDP, BEP and CDE protocol.

Reviews Models and create issues on ACC to verify that Models are coordinated, issues resolved, and appropriately documented and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Support in case of technical software related questions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution / university is required.

8+ years of overall related work experience in the field of Design, BIM Modeling, Coordination, Project Drawings, QA / QC.

Extensive experience in creating Civil 3D Models, Models Review and Clash Detection.

Excellent computer skills in Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, Excel.

Knowledge of ISO19650 Standards is required.

Effective communication in English, collaboration with diverse professionals and thorough attention to detail.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring : BIM / Software Certification is advantageous.

Understanding of Design and Quality Management practices.

Experience in Revit, Dynamo, Phyton is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving abilities and Analytical skills to implement document standards quickly in a fast-paced environment.
