Job descriptionMinimum 6+ years of experience in BIM coordination for infrastructure or civil engineering projects and previous experience in the Middle East projects. Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related coordination tools. Solid understanding of BIM workflows, standards, LOD definitions, and model coordination practices. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and multidisciplinary models. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within project timelines.
INFRASTRUCTURE BIM COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate BIM models across all infrastructure-related disciplines
- Develop, update, and review BIM models to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Manage clash detection processes, perform model audits, and generate comprehensive Navisworks coordination reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the federated model throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage the LOD Matrix and contribute to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
