Role Overview : As part of Zutari’s commitment to leveraging the power of digital skills and technology, our team is currently seeking candidates for the role of Senior MEP BIM Coordinator . The role has functional, administrative, and management responsibilities. A strong background in MEP is essential, especially within the UAE, alongside experience managing and coordinating large-scale design and construction projects. Knowledge of key regional clients, including Emaar, Modon, Neom, and Red Sea Global, is advantageous.

Interested candidates should have 8-10 years of proven multidisciplinary BIM Coordination experience in the AEC sector, along with excellent people skills, a knack for process automation, and a passion for data accuracy and standardization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee design interface coordination, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Define the project scope with the Project Executive and BIM Manager, especially in terms of appointing parties.
• Collaborate with the BIM Manager and Information Manager to establish and maintain the project’s common data environment (CDE).
• Co-develop BIM Execution Plans, Model Information Delivery Plans, and maintain these during project delivery.
• Lead interdisciplinary model coordination meetings to resolve issues and maintain consistent Level of Information Need (LOIN).
• Establish BIM coordination strategy, secure approvals, communicate to stakeholders, and implement.
• Manage model federation and maintain cadence for accurate, timely information exchange.
• Lead project implementation of Zutari’s baseline LOIN, authoring templates and content libraries.
• Ensure project compliance through planned audits of the BEP and EIRs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in the BIM process.
