Job description

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD / REVIT, Primavera, and ARCHICAD.
Experience working on high-value projects.
Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
Leadership skills to lead individuals or teams.

Responsibilities :

Implement procedures related to BIM and Digital Construction throughout all project phases.

Ensure designs are accurate, easier to build, and cost-effective.

Conduct macro and micro 4D simulations to aid project planning.

Perform model quantity take-offs to support estimations and planning.

Create 3D logistics plans for construction site access and egress.

Develop detailed 3D imagery of Temporary Works for design progression.

Create visual Method Statements to identify risks and demonstrate construction sequences.

Process point cloud data for construction validation and dimension extraction.

Develop Employers Information Requirements (EIRs) documents.

Create BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligning with EIRs.

Monitor supply chain performance and facilitate training to ensure effective information delivery.

Set up and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and align workflows with BIM protocols.
