Management and saving the Property deeds to the company’s websites and related tasks (extracting deeds, updating, merging, modifying). Managing and updating the property system with everything related to the company's real estate. Preserving real estate from encroachments and coordinating with the legal department on land issues. Follow-up the expropriation of the company's real estate and the required evacuation and exclusions for the company's administrative sites. Ensure alignment with fixed assets management in all matters related to the company's real estate. Prepare policies and procedures for real estate saving. Qualifications
Years Of Experience :
5 and above years of experience. Nature Of Experience :
Prior experience in managing real estate development and investment management for a large organization of similar size and scale, preferably within the KSA region. Job Band :

Knowledge of local and regional trends and developments in real estate; knowledge of financial modelling and economic analysis; knowledge of KSA investment rules and regulations; critical thinking and analytical ability; problem solving and innovation; organizational skills. Education :
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance; Masters Degree in Business Administration or Finance. Certifications :
Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments; Certified Property Manager (CPM). Other
