Job Description

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Mendix developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages learning, innovation, and performance excellence.

Project Management

Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle using Mendix.

Technical Expertise

Design and develop Mendix applications, leveraging best practices to ensure scalability and performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

Training and Development

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training to team members.

Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in the Mendix low-code platform, including app modeling, microflows, and custom widgets.

Soft Skills :

Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
