Overview

Job title : Properties Management Team Leader at stc .

Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for preserving real estate from encroachments and related follow-ups, and coordinating with the legal department in everything related to land issues. Management and saving the Property deeds to the company’s websites and related works (extracting deeds - updating - merging - modifying). The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development and implementation of the Group Services plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
• Directs and manages the Properties Management mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Interprets and implements change in the Properties Management providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Properties Management.
