Overview

SleekFlow is a thriving SaaS startup experiencing rapid global growth. We provide an all-in-one Omnichannel Conversation AI Suite that integrates with channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat and more to drive conversions and enhance productivity across sales, marketing, and support teams. This role is an Entry Level Account Executive (B2B, SaaS) with English business fluency and native Arabic, ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to two years of direct sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
  • Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level
  • Work collaboratively with the relevant departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced

Requirements

  • Ideally 2 years experience (also welcome fresh graduate) in direct sales experience (selling over the phone, cold calling, presenting and pitching), preferably B2B at a software company
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in KSA
  • Comfortable to engage with a diverse array of customers
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions
  • Previous experience in a startup is preferred
  • Desired Skills

  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
