  • Maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technology products.
  • Implement chatbot projects utilizing our platform.
  • Create product demonstrations in person and online, tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Manage key accounts, acting as the point of contact for projects.
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, and timelines.
  • Strive to continuously improve our project management processes and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adopt best practices and new methodologies.
  • Provide regular communication to management regarding client concerns and feedback.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients and recommend new products / services as appropriate.
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for our products and services.
