Responsibilities
- Support B2C sales efforts across Edumall’s ecommerce platform.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer data.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably ecommerce or digital products.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Basic understanding of online sales platforms and customer buying behavior.Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.Fluent in Arabic and English.Based in Riyadh.Benefits
