Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage a team of fabricators and ensure efficient workflow.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as necessary.
