Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Crew Leader to oversee our fabrication team in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in metal fabrication and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to enhance productivity and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the fabrication crew to ensure timely and quality production of components.
• Interpret and execute engineering drawings and specifications to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of fabrication processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
