We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on our construction sites in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, ensuring that all scaffolding work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to scaffolding operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to plan scaffolding requirements for various projects.
• Train and mentor scaffolding crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment used on site.
