Welding Foreman

Description

We are seeking an experienced Welding Foreman to oversee our welding operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with proven leadership abilities to manage a team of welders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate welding activities in the workshop and on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
• Train and mentor junior welders and other staff.
• Review project specifications and ensure proper interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Manage the welding team to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of welding equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize welding processes.
